Returns (Terms & Conditions)

For peace of mind we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all PPE orders, personalised clothing orders are non-refundable due to being bespoke. If you have an issue with your clothing order this needs to be reported within 7 days of the order being received. Reported issues after the 7 days cannot be refunded/resolved. 

We ensure you are 100% happy with how your logo will look on the clothing before going ahead with the main order to ensure customer satisfaction. In the event you
would like to return your PPE item, simply contact us at enquiries@hsl-direct.com or by calling
customer services on 0115 9699935 and we will provide the return information. Once the
item has been received we will reimburse you in full for the purchase price of the item.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the item being received.


What if I ordered the wrong size?
If your PPE order does not quite fit properly we are more than happy to exchange them for you (does not apply to clothing orders).
Simply email enquiries@hsl-direct.com or contact services on 0115 9699935 and we will
provide the return information.


What if my item is damaged?
In the rare event that your item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please
contact customer services on 0115 9699935 so that we can rectify the issue as soon as
possible and arrange the replacements to be sent.
