Our customisation pricing and information can be found under the ‘Customised Clothing Information’ tab within each product listing that is available for customisation.
Our prices per application are based on the total number of applications within the order. For example if you order 7 polo shirts with 2 logo applications on each shirt, that is a total of 14 applications and you will therefore quality for the 10-49 item price.
You will be electronically invoiced separately for the customisation element of your purchase by one of our team after your purchase has been made via our website. We aim to dispatch all customised orders within 5 working days of the order being received.
The only set-up charges HSL offer is a one-off fee of £9.99 to digitalise your company logo if you choose embroidery. This process transfers your company logo into a stitchable image that can be recognised by our machines in order to produce your customised garments. Once we have your digitised logo on our system you will never be charged again for this service.
